Please register by May 15, 2024

All colleagues of the scientific working groups and service groups of the MPIMG (group leaders, senior scientists, postdocs, PhD students, technical assistants, students) are cordially invited to register for the institute retreat - we would appreciate it if as many colleagues as possible register. In addition, we would like to invite a small group of colleagues from the non-scientific field to participate in the institute retreat. The prerequisite for this is that these people participate in all parts of the program and support the organizing team as needed. The language of the retreat is English.

For capacity reasons, students and Postdocs are asked to share a room with a room mate.

Any changes to your submitted data can be changed up until May, 15 via the personalized registration link which you received with the confirmation e-mail.

Please note that this year we will not offer accommodation and daycare for family.

Submission of Abstracts

Submission of abstracts is scheduled to start mid-May.

Cancellations

For cancellations after 17 July 2024, the costs of the retreat will be charged pro rata to the lab of the person who canceled. This does not apply in case of illness.
