In order to download the book of abstract a password is required which had been sent to you by e-mail. Please note that the book of abstract is for participants only.

Presentations

We would like to run all presentations from a central computer (MacBook) in order to guarantee smooth transitions between presentations. Therefore, please upload your presentation in powerpoint, keynote or pdf format to the individual folder which you have received by e-mail. A presenter with a green laser will be provided.

Duration of presentations by invited speakers: 20min
Duration of presentations by selected speakers: 10min
Duration of discussion for invited and seleceted speakers: 5min

Posters

Please prepare posters in A0 size (or likewise) and in portrait format.
There will two posters sessions each on Monday and Tuesday (A & B). We have ~100 posters, each poster will be presented in one of the two sessions, i.e. ~50 posters in each sessions. Please check the Abstract Book above for your session.
Poster for Poster Session A on Monday, February 16, can can be hung at the start of the meeting and remain up until Tuesday 11:00
Poster for Poster Session B on Tuesday, February 17, can be hung on Tuesday from 12:30 onwards and remain until the end of the meeting.
