Member of the IRTG 2403: Dissecting and Reengineering the Regulatory Genome (Humboldt Universität Berlin)

Interests

I am interested how transcription factors (TF) cooperate to activate regulatory elements (RE) at the X-inactivation center. To this end, I am establishing a methodology that collectively maps TF –RE interactions in a high- throughput manner.
