On Wednesday 23rd and Thursday 24th of April, CLC bio and the Sequencing Core Facility would like to organize a Next Generation Sequencing workshop at our institute. Main topic of this workshop will be analysis of Next Generation Sequencing data (see agenda below). At our site we are already using the CLC utilities since several years. One of the main advantage of the CLC Genomics Workbench is the low system requirements and analysis time. CLC bio will provide access to the CLC Genomics Workbench, test data and tutorials (PDFs). All you need to bring is your own laptop with minimum 4GB of memory.
