Interests
I am trying to understand how the cis-regulatory landscape of the Xist gene integrates trans-regulatory signals during random X-chromosome inactivation. For this purpose, I am combining computational analyses of high-throughput sequencing data with the development of state-of-the-art CRISPR screen approaches.
