Robert Schneider: Novel Players in Chromatin

Robert Schneider is Director of the Institute of Functional Epigenetics and Spokesperson of the International Helmholtz-Edinburgh Research School for Epigenetics “EpiCrossBorders”. The mission of his research is to decipher the molecular mechanisms underlying epigenetic inheritance and epigenetic regulation of cellular function. They want to develop novel solutions for environmentally triggered diseases and promote a healthier society in a rapidly changing world.
