Argyris Papantonis: 3D genome organisation transitions between homeostasis, ageing, and malignancy

The Argryis Lab aims to uncover the rules governing gene expression in response to developmental and extra-cellular cues. A major question is how chromatin (re)folds to accommodate responses to such cues in 3D nuclear space and dynamically over time. The lab's work could help to predict how a cell might respond in disease or ageing. Learn more about the work of Argyris Papantonis here.

This is an in-person event.
