The workshops are ment for PhD students, PostDocs & interested persons.
What are my own unconscious assumptions about gender, skin color, etc.? How do unconscious bias influence our assessment and work and how can we deal with our biases?
Why is Diversity important for science? What does Diversity mean for you, for the university and for (natural) sciences?
How can you balance your work and life to be successful? Check your values and use them as a navigator for your goals!
How can one's own boundaries be perceived and communicated? What options are there when boundaries are crossed in different contexts? What is sexualized violence?
