I come from the land of colours and spices – INDIA. I did my masters in Medical Biotechnology from Manipal university, Manipal, India. My interest in understanding non-coding RNA biology in development and disease encouraged me to pursue my research in this field. I am currently working on “miRNA-mediated regulation of mammalian development” as part of my PhD research.

Outside of the lab, I love playing cricket - A huge M.S Dhoni fan. I like exploring new places to eat, listening to classic rock and Bollywood music. I collect antique and limited edition fountain pens.
