Preparation of Plenary Talks and Poster
Posters
- Format: “A0 Oversize” = 91.4 cm x 129.2 cm = 36'' x 50.9’' = 2592 pt x 3665 pt (w x h) (not A0!)
- Please use our poster templates in “A0 Oversize” which you can find on our intranet
- If you plan to use an already existing poster, it should fit within the alloted space of 116 cm x 144 cm (w x h).
Poster printing
- File name: "MPIMG_Retreat_2024_LastnameFirstname_#" (Name of submitter and abstract ID)
- Please upload your poster in PDF format here by Friday 11 September 2026, end of day, or sooner: (upload link).
- Posters will be printed on the account of a central cost center.
- Check upload success and print status of your submitted poster - once your poster is printed, it will be moved to the folder "already printed" (read-only link).
- Collect and check your poster in front of the Helpdesk Office (Room 2.3.13). If anything is wrong contact helpdesk immediately (~1708 / helpdesk@molgen.mpg.de)
