Submission of Abstracts for Posters & Plenary Talks
Submit your abstract until 12 June 2026
Call for Abstracts for Posters and Plenary Talks
- All PhD students and postdocs are invited to submit abstracts for posters and plenary talks by 12 June 2026.
- Abstracts can have multiple authors; however, the submitter is expected to present the poster or plenary talk.
- Please discuss your topic, title, abstract, and potential co-authors with your PI.
- All poster abstracts will be accepted.
- The duration of plenary talks is 12 minutes plus a 3-minute discussion period.
- The scientific committee will select plenary talks in mid-July.
- If your abstract is not selected as a plenary talk, it will be accepted as a poster and you will be expected to present it.
- If your abstract is accepted for a plenary talk, you may choose to present it only as a plenary talk or also as a poster (see the selection of contribution type in the submission form)
- Please do not submit the same abstract twice.
- Add yourself as an author. You will also be considered a speaker/presenter.
- You can add co-authors (add others only as "co-authors," not "authors"). Use the search function of the submission to select co-authors. Alternatively, you can enter them manually.
- Please specify your contribution type, but ignore the track selection (this will be done by the organizers).
