Projects

Delineation of protein complexes.
We analyze large scale protein-protein interaction data to find sub-complex structure.
Part of a development team for General Hidden Markov Model library (GHMM)
by the algorithmics group at MPI for molecular genetics.
Finding location from omnidirectional video.
We walked around with a parabolic camera in a building and tracked the position of the wearer on a 2D map.
My project on painterly rendering approach was mentioned by Craig Reynolds at this site.
