Mouse YAC primary data in MIT format

This web site provides data files for downloads. The data files, one for each chromosome, contain the marker/YAC clone data displayed on our contig map web site in MIT format. We include all IRS-PCR markers that we have generated plus outside data from Nusbaum et al., 1999 and Hunter et al., 1996 that we have integrated into the map. The data set which can be downloaded from this site contains YACs hit more than once per Chromosome (Please note: Data that we display on the contig map web site only contain YACs hit more than once per Map Segment. The data set that can be dowloaded from this site therefore may contain additional YACs). YACs singly hit are not included in the data sets below.
