The Mass Spectrometry Group is engaged in the development of methods for protein- and peptide- analysis based on mass spectrometry, and their application in proteome research.

Our research aims include the development of:

new methods for MALDI sample preparation
improved procedures for mass spectrometric data processing
nano LC-MALDI MS and its application to the analysis of protein mixtures
stable isotope labeling strategies for quantitative and comparative protein analysis

We are located in the basement (r. 202) and on the ground floor (r. 0,204) of Tower IV.
