Winter 2004/2005

PROJECT SUBMISSION - FINAL DEADLINE: APRIL 11, 2005 !!!

If you would like to participate please send me an email to thomas.manke@molgen.mpg.de

Course Description:

This seminar is offered as part of track A "Biological and Biochemical Networks".
We will study several aspects of complex biological networks as they emerge from recent large-scale proteomics projects.

The main points of discussion will be: At the end of the course a project day will be held. Emerging databases of biological networks will be introduced and
tasks will be assigned for the students to analyse statistical properties of selected networks.

The list below gives a more detailed outline of the course program and is subject to change.
