Welcome to the in-vitro ligand
screening group The focus of the group centres on the application of in-vitro selection
techniques such as phage display and protein array technology for the
identification and characterisation of antibody - protein interaction
pairs. Primary goals of our work are the development of research reagents in
form of human recombinant antibodies, and the elucidation of antibody-antigen interaction patterns in human diseases, with a
special focus on autoimmunity. |
