The uPCR Chip platform

We are developing an open-well based miniaturized platform for homogeneous (liquid) PCR-based assays on a nanoliter scale using cost-effective polypropylene micro reactors (µPCR Chip). Two central applications on the platform are quantitative PCR (qPCR) based gene expression analysis using TaqMan assays and TaqMan based SNP genotyping.
