The Department of Computational Molecular Biology, Group: Mechanisms of Transcriptional Regulation (Head Dr. Sebastiaan Meijsing), is seeking strongly motivated
PhD students in Transcriptional Regulation

Responsibility:
Our research focusses on Nuclear hormone receptors and the role of DNA binding sites and other inputs in specifying where, when and at which level genes are expressed. The group, is embedded in the computational department of Martin Vingron, giving you the opportunity to do bench work as well as learn about and apply computational approaches to the data generated in the lab.
Qualification:
We seek motivated independent individuals with a background in molecular or cell biology, experience with the zebrafish or C. elegans system is desirable. Knowledge of English is essential.
